Dans le cadre de la campagne de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne Rise and Shine, Week-End rencontre cette semaine Uma Sooben, fondatrice de l\u2019Organisation non gouvernementale Joie de Vivre Universelle. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2010, elle s\u2019\u00e9vertue \u00e0 donner l\u2019encadrement n\u00e9cessaire aux enfants et adultes vivant avec un ou plusieurs troubles de d\u00e9ficience mentale. Mais au-del\u00e0 de son combat pour permettre \u00e0 un maximum de personnes de b\u00e9n\u00e9fi cier de soins ad\u00e9quats \u00e0 Maurice, Joie de Vivre Universelle c\u2019est aussi l\u2019histoire d\u2019une maman qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tout plaquer pour son
